It goes without saying that the answer to that question depends on the whereabouts, but in this case, the only thing we know is that the Youtube poster of this video, which shows the Reventon topping out at 360 km/h or 224 mph, notes that it was recorded somewhere in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
